Magic Play Package comes with: √ ball pit with stairs and slide √ mix of white and pastel colours ball pit balls √ tumbler and a white/unicorn rocker √ a set of pastel soft blocks √ 2 hopper animals √ soft floor mats √ fence and gate This playground takes up to 10ftx10ft of a venue space. With a max duration of 6 hours and no minimum rental time required, you can enjoy the fun your entire event. Plus, we take care of delivery, set up, and take down, which are included with the package, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Our team coordinates with you to determine mutually convenient times for both delivery and pickup.
Booking policy
To secure your booking with us, we require a $100 security deposit within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Please note that this deposit does not contribute towards the rental cost. The rental payment is due 48 hours prior to your event. Upon pick up, if no damage is detected, the security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours. If you are booking your preferred package online, a one time rental payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellation and rescheduling policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled event to receive a full refund of your deposit/payment. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the event, your deposit/payment can be applied towards rescheduling the event, subject to availability.
